Coaching & Tutoring

All our students recieve 1-1 coaching as part of the Hypno-CBT® Helix programme.

Online learners recieve 18 hours of 1-1 sessions with their coach and live webcast learners have 6 hours of 1-1 sessions with their coach.

All our tutors are qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapists with their own practises and are able to offer real time experience of working as a CBH practitioner. This perspective is invaluable, as the coaches use the different techniques and skills that you will be learning every day with their own clients.

Structure of Coaching

Your coach will arrange to meet with you at the start of your programme to take you through our onboarding process. This call is approx 1.5 hours and will focus on the three pathways: Clinical Excellence, Personal Transformation & Business Skills Mastery.

Make sure you complete the inventory of limiting beliefs before this call and send it to your coach. This has been emailed to you, you can also find a copy here.

Your coach will discuss your business plan with you and support you as you develop this through the course. You can find a copy here.

They will also review the coach guidelines with you and work through a study plan that best suits your circumstances. You can find the coaching guidelines here:

During your coaching sessions your coach will explain theories, coach you through techniques, test your learning and help you to really understand and explore the approach. You can even use role play to try out a new technique you've learned.

You coach will be there every step of the way to help your reach your goal of becoming a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist.
