Personal growth is woven into the Helix from the start. Through reflective journaling, self-hypnosis, daily practice and coaching, you’ll identify and shift limiting beliefs around visibility, confidence, money and success—building the mindset needed for private practice. You’ll also apply Hypno-CBT® to yourself, deepening your understanding of the method.
And this all starts by completing the Inventory of Business Related Limiting Beliefs.
Complete this at the start of your learning, again at the mid-point and then at the end. Take the opportunity to focus on the areas highlighted in the inventory in your personal practise and in the practise sessions.
You’ll gain professional, evidence-based training in Hypno-CBT®: a powerful integration of hypnosis, cognitive behavioural therapy, and mindfulness. You’ll learn 35 evidence-based techniques, how to build effective treatment plans, and practice how to work confidently with a wide range of client issues using your case studies.
You'll work with your coach every step of the way to support your learning.
You’ll be guided through the process of building a private practice that fits your values and lifestyle while also being commercially viable. From pricing and messaging to referrals and client attraction, this pathway combines the 6F-9P Framework, business coaching and Hub training sessions to help you grow a purposeful, profitable business.
